This is a poorly designed product that does not work. I have tried repeatedly to get mine to work. The DC adapter doesn't fit into the back properly. The charger slots on the Wii remotes don't remain in contact with the charging dock, and don't charge. I waited to long to try out the warranty, so now I have a really expensive remote holder. I unplugged the dock and now just use it to hold my remotes (which have regular batteries in them now). If you are looking for a quality Wii remote charger DO NOT buy this one.

This product did not work. This item had a short or something, it never came on completely and when I tried to check the connection in back it shocked the mess out of me.

We bought this in October and similar to other reviews, the connections are awful. We paid $27 for it and the company made us pay shipping ($15) to return it. That is just bad customer service. THEN, the replacement product has the same problem as the original. I am so done with this product and refuse to buy from Dreamgear again.

This is total Junk! I always read the review before buying something and this was the first I did not read them. Everyone else says that they have one battery not work, well I have three that dont work and the fourth works only when it want too!! And this problem did not start until after the 30 day return period. I am still going to return it for a refund of some kind. Also I paid 49.95 for it and now it goes for 25.95, this has to do with the quality!! This has been the worst thing I have bought on amazon!! It looks cool but does not work! Will update if they refund me all my money or send me a new one (but at this time I am not sure if I would take a new one).
