 A little bit more than just "plug and go" March 11, 2010

My husband and I ordered a Wii and 2nd remote for it and decided to find a basic charger so we don't have to spend a fortune in batteries and opted for this one since it was the cheapest.
When I got it, the product box was held together with a few pieces of tape, but everything appeared fine so I plugged it via the short USB cord into our Wii and switched out the batteries, which lasted us several hours of play. I did get frustrated though as I would sit the remotes with batteries into the charger when we were done, but it didn't appear to be charging, as the Wii would tell us our batteries were low.
Frustrated, I looked online and couldn't for the life of me figure out why it wasn't charging - the Wii was in standby mode when we weren't playing it...
I decided to go look over the charger again and low and behold - there's a tiny on/off switch in the back that I hadn't noticed and wasn't on!
I flipped the switch, sat our remotes back in the charger and 2 red lights on the base lit up.
It appears to be charging just fine!
Only complaint is that you have to pull the Wii glove covers about halfway off so the battery slits can connect to the charger.

WII Dual charger was used & broken. It was said to be new but when I got it, the package was already cut opened & held close with 2 pieces of tape. I would have used it anyway since I paid for it but it was broken. Used & broken is not what I ordered. I ordered NEW & in working order.
I did get a refund but I had to pay for the return shipping which I was promised I would get my $5.02 refunded by money order but I never got my refund. I e-mailed many times & get no more replys to my e-mails. SO I'm out over $5. because I trusted the ad that it was new.
